Submit Your Application on CCI Paris

  1. Access the Portal: Go to the official CCI Paris candidate portal (click the link at the bottom of this page when ready).
  2. Search for the session. Under “City, Country,” enter “Calgary, Canada” (or “Canada”). Under “Test / Diploma,” select “TEF Canada,” then choose “Perform a search.”
  3. Select the test centre. Find CANLANGUAGE in the results and choose “Choisir.”
  4. Select your exam modules. Review the module options carefully before submitting.

Incorrect Module Selection:
Candidates are solely responsible for any errors, incorrect module selections, or resulting consequences.

Multiple Session Bookings:
CCI Paris requires a mandatory 20-day waiting period between retakes. If candidates book multiple sessions, candidates are requested to reply to our email within 24 hours specifying which date to keep and which to cancel to avoid cancellation of all sessions.

Official Exam Confirmation

Your accepted Registration & Payment Terms of Service Agreement serves as your final official confirmation. No separate confirmation email or convocation will be provided by CCI Paris or CanLanguage.

Refund, Transfer & Reschedule Policy

By completing payment, candidates acknowledge that all test registrations are final. No refunds, transfers, or rescheduling requests will be accepted or processed.

Exam Day Guide

Check-in & Keyboard Setup

Candidates are required to arrive by 8:00 AM for the 9:00 AM computer-based exam with their valid original passport for check-in. Late arrivals will be denied entry without refund or rescheduling.

Computer-based modules use a standard English keyboard with on-screen French accent tools provided within the CCI Paris platform.

Full-Day Commitment

As Speaking modules are administered individually after the computer-based modules, the speaking exam may extend into the evening; candidates are required to keep their entire day fully open.

Conduct & Integrity

Any abusive language or harassment will not be tolerated. Disruptive conduct, fraud, or misconduct may result in immediate expulsion, total fee forfeiture, and reporting to CCI Paris for potential global exam bans.

Technical Issues & Liability

The TEF Canada exam involves multiple partner institutions, and rare technical issues may occur that could lead to last-minute cancellations beyond our control. CanLanguage assumes no liability for any travel, accommodation, or incidental expenses under any circumstances.
